Yes. We support new construction, tenant improvements, major renovations, and upgrades to existing cabling, fire alarm, access control, and video systems. Share your drawings, current systems, occupancy needs, and schedule so we can define the scope together.
Does our building need an emergency responder radio system?
Requirements depend on the building, measured radio coverage, and the local fire authority. Assess DAS/ERRCS early alongside fire alarm and cabling design, and confirm the applicable requirements with the authority having jurisdiction before finalizing the scope.
What should a multifamily or affordable housing project prioritize?
Plan structured cabling, resident and common-area WiFi, door access, video intercom, and CCTV together. Phasing, pathways between buildings, and day-to-day property operations should inform the design from the start.

What should we bring to a consultation?
Bring the project address, building type, current drawings if available, systems you need, and target construction dates. For an occupied building, include known coverage issues, existing equipment, and any access or shutdown constraints.
