Mytek Pros delivers end-to-end IT services, managed security, and low-voltage design/build for businesses across San Diego County and California.

Consistency is the single biggest predictor of whether a small business's social media actually works, and it's also the thing almost every California business owner falls behind on. You post three times one week, go quiet for two weeks while things get busy at the shop or on the job site, then scramble to throw something up before a slow month. Meta's own guidance ties posting frequency and regularity to reach and follower growth, and both Instagram and Facebook's algorithms deprioritize accounts with erratic activity in favor of accounts that show up like clockwork. Scheduled Social Media Posts from Mytek Pros solves the execution problem directly: we design a custom branded graphic for every single post -- built to your logo, color palette, and fonts, not a generic template -- write a caption suited to the platform and the post's purpose, and publish it automatically to Facebook and Instagram through the official Meta Graph API on a schedule we set together at the start of the engagement (LinkedIn publishing is in development and will roll out as an add-on). There is no login-sharing with a third-party scheduling app, no Buffer or Later subscription for you to manage, and no gap in your feed because someone forgot to hit publish on a Friday. Every post is tracked individually -- reach, engagement, link clicks where applicable -- and rolled into a monthly report so you can see what's actually landing, not just that something went out. This is intentionally the narrower, more mechanical half of social media marketing: it does not include community management, ad spend, or strategy pivots (that's what our broader Social Media Marketing service covers). Think of it as the guaranteed floor under your social presence -- the part that has to work every week regardless of what else is going on -- and a service many clients buy standalone or stack on top of Content Creation or full Social Media Marketing once they're ready to grow the strategy layer.
Price scales with posting frequency and how much original design/photography each post requires -- a plan built on your existing photo library costs less than one requiring net-new graphics or product shots for every post.
Meta's algorithm rewards accounts that give it a reliable, predictable signal to work with. An account that posts three times a week for six months straight will typically out-reach an account that posts fifteen times one month and zero the next two, even though the total post count is similar. That's because Instagram and Facebook use recent engagement velocity and account activity patterns to decide how far to distribute a post beyond your existing followers -- irregular accounts get treated more cautiously. For a California small business juggling a storefront, job sites, or client calls, the problem is rarely knowing this in theory; it's actually executing on a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday cadence for 52 weeks in a row without missing a week during a busy season, an employee's vacation, or a slow month. That's the specific gap this service closes: the schedule doesn't depend on someone in your office remembering to log in and hit publish.
Before the first post goes out, we build a brand kit specific to your business -- your logo files, brand color hex codes, approved fonts, and any photography or product images you already have. Every subsequent graphic is designed against that kit, so a post in March looks like it came from the same business as a post in September. We use a template system underneath (so turnaround stays fast and affordable) but each graphic is customized to its specific message -- a promo post, a review highlight, a seasonal tip, a team spotlight -- rather than a single template with the text swapped out fifty-two times. If you have professional photos from a shoot, product images, or job-site photos, we incorporate those directly; if not, we source appropriate stock imagery or build text-forward graphic designs that still carry your brand identity.
Most agencies and freelancers schedule your posts through a tool like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite, which means you're paying for that tool's subscription on top of the service fee, and your account access is routed through a platform outside Meta's own ecosystem. We publish directly through the Meta Graph API, the same official interface Facebook and Instagram provide for businesses to manage their own Pages and professional accounts programmatically. Practically, that means no extra software subscription for you to track or cancel later, no middleman service that could go down or get acquired, and a direct connection between our account and your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account that you control and can revoke at any time. It also means we can pull real engagement data straight from the source rather than through a third-party's dashboard.
At kickoff, we agree on a fixed weekly cadence -- most Starter clients run two to three posts per week (commonly Tuesday, Thursday, and one weekend day), while Growth clients run five or more, often close to daily. We then build a rolling content calendar, typically 2-4 weeks out, mixing a few content types: promotional posts (offers, new services), educational or tip-based posts, social proof (reviews, testimonials, before/afters), and behind-the-scenes or team content. You get visibility into the calendar before it publishes and can flag anything that needs a swap -- a promotion that ended early, a photo you'd rather not use -- without derailing the rest of the schedule.
Every post is tracked at the individual level: reach, impressions, engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves), and link clicks where a post includes one. We roll this into a monthly summary that shows posting consistency (did every scheduled post actually go out), which specific posts outperformed the account average, and any patterns worth adjusting -- for example, if job-site photos consistently outperform promotional graphics, we'll shift the content mix toward more of what's working. This is Meta's own first-party data, not a third-party estimate, so the numbers match what you'd see if you logged into Meta Business Suite yourself.
Scheduled Social Media Posts is built to work as a standalone purchase for a business that already has a marketing direction and just needs the weekly execution handled reliably, or as the delivery mechanism underneath our broader Social Media Marketing service, which adds strategy, community engagement (responding to comments and messages), and paid ad management on top. It also pairs naturally with our Content Creation service when a client wants a deeper library of photography, video clips, or written content to draw from beyond what a graphic-design template can produce alone. Many clients start here because it's the most concrete, easiest-to-evaluate piece: you can look at your Facebook and Instagram feed in 90 days and see, plainly, whether posts went out on schedule and whether they look professional.
Currently, scheduled publishing covers Facebook Pages and Instagram professional (Business or Creator) accounts through the Meta Graph API -- the two platforms where the large majority of California small businesses see the most relevant local engagement. LinkedIn publishing is in active development and will be offered as an add-on once available, which will matter most for B2B service businesses, contractors bidding commercial work, and professional services firms whose customers and referral partners are more active on LinkedIn than on Instagram. We'll notify existing clients directly when LinkedIn rolls out rather than requiring a new contract to add it.
Onboarding is deliberately light. We need admin access to your Facebook Page and a linked Instagram professional account (granted through Meta Business Suite, which you can revoke at any time), your logo files and any brand guidelines you have, and access to any existing photography you'd like featured. If you don't have a formal brand guide, we'll extract colors and fonts from your existing website or logo and confirm them with you before the first post goes out. Most accounts are fully onboarded and posting within 5-10 business days of signing.
The most common pattern we see before a business signs up: someone on staff -- an office manager, the owner's spouse, a technician between jobs -- has been handling social media as an unpaid extra duty, and posting frequency directly tracks how busy that person's actual job gets. When things get busy (which is exactly when the business most needs visibility), social media is the first thing to slip. Handing off the mechanical parts -- design, caption writing, and the actual publishing -- means the business maintains a professional, consistent presence regardless of how the rest of the operation is running, without pulling anyone off billable or operational work to manage it.
