A networked relay controller that pairs with a ButterflyMX Smart Intercom to grant visitors and delivery personnel temporary, floor-specific elevator access in buildings with key-fobbed or access-controlled elevators, so residents no longer have to meet guests in the lobby.

PoE-powered network device (PoE, PoE injector, or 5V USB) requiring a static IP on the same subnet/local network as the paired ButterflyMX Smart Intercom
Self-contained module version: 8 dry-contact relays (NO/C/NC contacts); expandable rack-mount version scales across multiple boards to control up to ~56-64 floors
Wired to the building's elevator access control system (ACS) using 18/2 AWG conductors; relay wiring logic configured per cab count, bank arrangement, and lockout scheme
Unlocks only the floor tied to the resident who granted access, for a configurable timer duration, when a visitor is admitted at the Smart Intercom
Supports zoned configurations for multi-tower properties and parallel wiring across multiple elevator cabs in one bank
