Door Access System Builder

Tell us about the doors -- we'll suggest a real UniFi Access system with the right lock hardware for fire-rated vs. standard doors.

Preliminary Estimate Only -- Not for Permit Submittal

This tool produces a preliminary, non-binding budgetary estimate for planning purposes only and is not a life-safety, egress, or accessibility compliance review. It must not be submitted to any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), building department, or fire marshal for plan check, permit, or approval, and must not be used as the basis for construction or installation. Electrified lock hardware selection, fire-rated door assembly requirements, egress compliance, and fire alarm interconnection must be verified and designed by a qualified security/fire alarm contractor in accordance with the applicable California Building Code, NFPA 80, and NFPA 101/72 requirements as adopted and amended locally, and approved by the AHJ before any installation begins.

Fire-rated door assemblies need fail-secure strikes (they stay latched under normal power, per NFPA 80) -- everything else defaults to fail-safe (unlocks on power loss). Included in the door count above.

Swaps in UniFi's retrofit reader/hub, built to reuse existing access-control wiring instead of a fresh pull.

Optional -- leave at 0 to skip credentials.
