A proposed portfolio report can summarize site health, retained-video checks, access-review findings and open actions. A client dashboard or scheduled summary is a separately configured reporting deliverable; a camera’s built-in management feature does not establish that a client portal has been deployed.
Operating boundaries
Architecture, licensing and hosting are confirmed in the proposal. Central access does not mean all video is stored centrally. Software, model and firmware compatibility must be validated before rollout.
