A proposed remote-observation report can show capture coverage, available event records and service exceptions. Plate search or vehicle classification from snapshot-only equipment needs a separately tested analysis platform. Report design must not silently convert received images into an assumed verified traffic count.
Operating boundaries
Snapshot capture is not continuous video or on-device plate recognition. Weather, speed, angle and transmission interruptions affect results. Enforcement and identity tracking are outside the default scope.
